I feel this!! Thank you. I deprive myself sometimes of things I reaaally want to eat. We do a fast food Friday but sometimes I skip it because I think I don’t really need that thing I’m craving for. But when I don’t get it , I end up acting out later on in the week. Hangry. All because I was trying to “be good” and tell myself there is already food at home. Not a cute cycle at all! Btw it’s my fast food Friday today and I shall indulge lol

Yes! but a few things to remember...don't feel guilty. Don't eat it while thinking you're being "bad". Enjoy every bite. And tune into your body while eating it! Enjoy! :-)
